面条偏细，筋道度不错。但芝麻酱的本味和香气一般，不过在酱油和卤水的加持下，拌匀后的面呈现出油光水滑的观感，十分挑动味蕾。由于挂汁力很强，吃起来味足，不禁想如果芝麻酱再好点就听了头（武汉话：形容完美）。
