这一片应该是比较旧的居民区，店看着应该开了也挺久，人也不少，估计都是慕名而来[捂脸][捂脸][捂脸]先说味道，鱼头汤奶白奶白的，很好喝，很入味。除了鱼头还有几块鱼腩鱼身，吃的时候要小心有刺。我们点了一个套餐（鱼头汤和鱼散粉）以及鱼头汤粉。味道都很不错。 再说服务，就很一般了，那位应该是老板娘的挺凶的，端粉上来，没看到散粉，就疑惑地问了一下是不是上错了或者上漏了，她直接来一句，“你不要质疑我，就是这样，散粉一会上[微笑]”好吧，还好味道不错，不然就要生气了[微笑][微笑]

汤底甜，鱼头煮粉份量足，性价比高，鱼腩直骨那款价钱一样，但份量无鱼头那款量多，推荐吃鱼头款的

梅州 Fisheghetti Meizhou Meizhou is a land of Hakka people. Yet as a Hakka overseas, I seldom go back to my own village. This is my third time going back to my ancestor’s village, and it felt even closer when our long-lost family brought us around the city. This fish-head soup in Jin Ji Rd, was introduced by our long-lost uncle from my mom’s side. A very simple-plain from outdoor, but foods delivered are beyond the simplistic look store. From selection of the raw material to cooking are done by the that old-man boss of himself, while the lady boss is chatting around with the customers, the aromatic coming out from the kitchen could be smell from our table. The soup is their top selection, with fish fried and later a boiled water soak the fish, the soup will turn into a milky color soup. A taste of home! Anyone who visit Meizhou, Meijiang district, and trying to find the local’s best, should try one of these.
