这一季的菜单,选的水果都比较清爽。鼠尾草、留兰香、百里香、无花果叶、迷迭香、罗勒……感受得到主理人在香草的使用上在做很多新的尝试。夏季,奶制品所占比重不大,但仍有出彩的呈现。可惜的是,进口水果的限制越来越多,尤其是品质稳定的日本水果和台湾水果。以至于整体出品水果的芳香,层次感和辨识度大大降低。

Huge fan of Endo, I am a returning customer. Endo just outdone themselves with their summer menu. Every dish is well thought of the ingredients and presentation. Even though it’s a dessert omakase, but my palate never get tired from the sweetness. Endo can always orchestrate the dishes in a subtle and elegant style. I enjoyed every bite from the beginning till the end. Definitely one unique restaurant in town⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

去年吃的,今年补评:1. 图一迎宾酒:南法汽泡酒,氧化的口感像雪莉酒,橙类的果香浓郁醇厚,微微带甜;2. 图二:底层白玉苦瓜,上一层红茶奶酪,再上一层发酵桑葚冰沙,最上一层是杨梅野树莓果冻;3. 图三苔条薄片夹的是薄荷冰糕与青柚冰糕;4. 图四香槟乌龙:绿茶、乌龙、油柑拼配出的带柑橘花香与绿茶香气的汽泡水;5. 图五 在法国学习甜品制作的90 后台湾主厨;6. 图六过口水:木姜子花水;7. 图七:底层酒酿圆子、上层班斓舒芙蕾,中间烤芝麻冰淇淋;8. 图八、九:羊奶做的豆腐脑,右边盘子里是左边成品用到的元素:冬瓜水煮金耳、黑糖煮山药籽、菠萝蜜、洋甘菊,豆腐脑上淋的是藕水油柑。
