交通：交通很方便，我们自己开车去的，离渔岛开车8分钟，非常方便；卫生：很干净，环境很好。性价比很高、步行10分钟就到阿尔卡酒店里的园区、沙滩，孩子玩得很开心。老板人很好，楼下就有餐厅，吃得不错，明年还会继续订。

More看评论选的，结果很多地方与评论不符：1、离泳池有一定距离，七八百米的距离，大夏天走路要十多分钟。有摆渡车，不常有，三块钱一位。2、房间没有毛巾，没有晾衣架问前台，前台的回复是，你们自己去买吧，拖把是嗖的。我们连续住了四天，根本没有人打扫卫生。3、房间本身不算小，可是放了两张双人床以后，就没啥下脚的地方了。优点是，可以一家人住一起。缺点是，尽量不要在房间活动。4、每一层的住户非常非常多，电梯很难等。住的低，视野不好；住的高，等电梯很费劲。优点是，可以和酒店共用泳池，泳池估计是最大的卖点了。注意，泳池边上的躺椅小房子会额外收费。奔着泳池去，不介意走那么远的，可以选择。如果预算可以稍微提高一点点，建议住他们的酒店，前面的酒店性价比要远高于公寓啊
