跟这个评价是港龙广场的一家衢州菜馆衢州菜,他浙江衢州菜已经经过了改良微辣微辣,然后性价比比较高,番茄炒那个腊肉青番茄是衢州的特色,是那个套餐也比较的划算,番茄蛋花汤味道也很好吃,米饭也很香,连吃了好几碗米饭只排干菜,那个纸牌砂锅里面炖的又软又入味,特别好吃,感觉衢州这边的肉和鱼做得很好吃
是那个港隆广场的一家衢州菜馆,去港隆广场宁波影都吃饭,找了半天也没什么菜馆儿,看到这家衢州菜馆评价也可以,就进去了,点了一份双人套餐,性价比挺高的,上菜速度也很好,菜的味道也挺好吃,特别推荐梅干菜,排骨味道很赞,特别入味时米饭也好吃,吃了好几碗米饭。
「青番茄腊肉」青番茄炒腊肉:山野与烟火的邂逅 这道菜一端上桌,视觉上就先声夺人。未熟的青番茄,切作不规则的薄片,呈现出一种玉石般的翠绿,与深红褐色的农家土猪腊肉片交织在一起,色彩对比鲜明,充满了原始的诱惑力。 口感之妙:青番茄绝非红番茄的替代品,它拥有独一无二的口感——脆、爽、嫩。在热油的逼促下,它并未软烂成泥,而是保留了恰到好处的脆感,在齿间发出轻微的“咔嚓”声,清爽利落。 · 风味之魂:它的酸,是点睛之笔。并非陈醋的尖锐,而是一种清新、活泼、带着果木气息的天然酸味。这酸味完美地中和了腊肉丰腴的油脂感,使其肥而不腻。而腊肉的咸香与烟熏风味,则在这份酸爽中得到了升华,变得醇厚而复杂。一筷入口,先是腊肉的咸香攻占味蕾,紧接着青番茄的酸爽席卷而来,最后是二者交融出的鲜味余韵,层次分明,令人拍案叫绝。 中午去吃人会少一点,估计晚上人多的,推荐大家去吃
