这么说吧，也庆幸我的苹果产品是在直营店买的，而不是这家。参加了活动到店领取物品，要先加企业员工，又要关注公众号，等了半天告诉我物品没了。然后出示的凭证根本不能显示是客人预定还是员工个人想占有。甚至说出了“你只是损失了一点时间”这样的话来，培训得真到位。结果其它家已无了。就冲这种态度，一生黑。
店铺干净整洁，手机有点问题来咨询，工作人员很热情帮忙解决，还让我加店铺微信有问题可以直接问，服务很好，下次换手机就来这了
