胡庆一老火锅，成立于1997年，至今已有二十多年历史了。 创始人胡老头子年轻时经常跟着马帮走南闯北，驼送茶叶和货物，学得了一身陆派火锅的炒料功夫，老了以后索性在山城梯坎边边开了一家茶馆，分为高低两层，白天卖茶，晚上摆起桌子烫火锅。 如今胡老头子已经年逾古稀，他的孙子胡庆一接过了家族重担，创立胡庆一老火锅，准备将老重庆的茶馆火锅文化传承下去.....
