前台服务态度很好。房间烟味重，一进门浴室就有烟头，床上还有烟灰。请保洁大姐过来换床单不情不愿，一直强调这是刚换的床单让我们更换房间。我们换了房间下一间被分到这个房的客人就直接入住一个这样环境的屋子吗？同时有物品丢失在房间内，打电话说保洁晚上已经下班了第二天早上找寻后回电话，然后就杳无音讯了，虽然不是什么贵重物品但是也不应该是这样一个对待的态度吧？不推荐来住。
