肠粉好吃，辣椒也很香，一整个满足～

In the last piece I reviewed a seemingly Southeast Asian restaurant, where we had foods such as pho, one of the emblems of Vietnamese cuisine. As I've written long ago, the food is likely derived from rice noodles brought to Vietnam by southern Chinese, like those from Guangdong Province, where rice noodle dishes abound, including some that do not come in the common strand form. One example is changfen, and this eatery 王记 makes them on the spot. Rice milk is spread out on a flat bamboo basket then steamed, and the resulting rice noodle sheet is theb used to wrap whatever ingredients ordered.
