More风格跟沙县小吃很像，不同的是这里的特色是肠粉，份量是很大，料也放得足，可是那调味料黏糊糊的，不够清香。按理石磨肠粉米香味很足的，Q弹Q弹的，可是，有点小失望，在别的店的调味料是酱油一样，这样的更美味，而不是加了淀粉的调味料。
