酒店虽然有些老旧，但房间设施还可以，印象最深的是酒店的服务比硬件设施要好很多，无论是前台还是大堂的工作人员态度都很好，特别是16层的一位女服务员，非常热情主动，看到我们有老人入住，专门送来洗浴凳和防滑拖鞋，很暖心。酒店早餐值得称赞，品种和服务都很好，符合星级酒店标准。不足之处：卫生间缺少毛巾架。
More地理位置上佳的宝藏酒店。距大明湖，趵突泉都非常近。酒店停车场超级大。酒店对面就有很多餐食店。用边就是济南老亍。酒店前台服务认真负责。非常满意，每次来济南必住。
More房间很大，服务人员很好！临别还送给孩子小汽车！早餐也不错，知道了济南把子肉，煎饼。位置绝佳，距离宽厚里黑虎泉大明湖芙蓉街都不远，适合citywalk。
