The average cost is around 21 RMB per person, positioning it as a budget-friendly meal option. I tried a couple of their noodle dishes. The Chicken Shredded Soup Noodles​ featured a clear, gentle broth that was light yet flavorful, with tender shredded chicken and notably firm, hand-pulled noodles that had a great texture. The Hot Scallion Oil Chicken Shredded Noodles​ was the standout – fragrant, savory, and thoroughly satisfying. The fried egg​ was a simple but well-executed addition. However, the Original Cut Lamb Skewers​ were disappointing. While tasty, the portion was quite small, making them feel like poor value, especially within a set meal. The restaurant is clean and functional, with efficient service suitable for a quick meal. The noodle dishes are definitely the main attraction here. In summary, Jiang Xiao Can delivers very good, affordable noodle dishes in a convenient location. The scallion oil noodles, in particular, are excellent. However, I'd advise caution with the add-ons like the lamb skewers and their associated set meals, as the value isn't there. Stick to the noodles for a satisfying meal. A recommended spot for the noodles, but choose your sides wisely.
