More首先呢本人是定了延迟退房的权益，但是入住的时候前台跟我说让我们下午1点退房，我讲我定的是2点的延迟退房，前台就说是因为明天下午客入住多，说得还挺理直气壮的。首先我花了钱，这也是我所享受的权益，这样子合适嘛。酒店卫生啥的这方面还是可以的，但是就因为这一点让别人真的很难接受
