只说两点，有待提高一：安全问题，房卡丢了问前台，不跟我核对任何有效证件，直接问我房号就把另一张房卡给我了。要是别人不留好心，任何人报个房号就能有一张房卡，请问这个安全问题谁来保障？二：晚上回酒店，要个洗漱用品，直接来句房间没有嘛？不是，要是我没用完我干嘛问你要。要个东西跟查岗一样，我是不是要把我什么时候用的什么时候拆的跟你一一报备呢？总之给人一种很不舒服很不耐烦不想送的感觉
