大概五六年前，在南山一家分店，影响特别深刻，两人份的东西只给一双筷子，反映了也不给，说公司规定，当时投诉后，一个华南地区负责人给回电当面道歉赔偿。
这么多年过去了，再次买百味鸡的东西，等了五六分钟，一直在忙，问了好几遍，理也不理，好像不存在一样，这个品牌怎么还能活着？？？
