酒店前台员工待客热情，服务态度很好。我在出了酒店在酒店附近吃饭把外套忘到别的餐馆，餐馆没有联系方式，随后我联系酒店工作人员，给她们说清楚情况后，她们不辞辛苦，跑了好远给我找回来了衣服，并且给我已经发了李快递，太感谢你们了！下次来北京还住她家！
