This is a Apartment Hotel type of accommodation which occupy three floors ie level 29 to 31 .Other floors are apartment residence units occupied by owners or on a monthly rental from the building ***agement. The Hotel are very new , just started operation in January 2019. All the units are pretty much like a studio apartment with very high roof, created with a Loft which is where the beds are and just below are the sitting area with a small sofa and a small dining table with only two ( 2 ) chairs. There is a small section just after the entrance is a kitchenette. Here is where the failure is, having a kitchenette but no electric stove , microwave or a single cutlery. Only a refrigerator is available to chill your drinks . So you cannot really cook anything or even cut some fruits which you may have bought back from the supermarket. However, just below at the ground level there are some eateries & restaurant nearby ( mostly chinese food ) . The room are very clean and equipments are still very new. Housekeeping is carried out daily as long as you remove the DO NOT DISTURB signage. We were booked for 4 nights but decided to extend the stay by an additional 4 nights as we find it very comfortable and relaxing. As the hotel is relatively new, there are teething problems like the electronic room card-key was having problems and we had to renew the card-key almost on a daily basis in order to get access to our room. Given this minor problems, we will be glad to stay here again if we do return to Foshan.

Nice clean spacious duplex apartment with very reasonable price. Convenient located with ***y restaurants around. Parking is free of charge - just need to get an electronic coupon from the front desk. Will be back soon - five stars!!!
