Beijing Xiaoxi Homestay is located at Erdaoguan, Jiudu River, Huairou District, Beijing. As its name suggests, Erdaoguan was the second pass of the Ming Dynasty Great Wall, and many complete city platforms or walls were left in the village. Xiaoxi was fortunate enough to choose many courtyards that are interdependent with these sites, either by the city platform or with the original city walls as the walls of the courtyards. Our hosts started with the original intention of respecting and reviving history, with the Great Wall as the core, and matched with the architectural techniques and craftsmanship of each courtyards original site, to create the current 13 courtyard group with different styles, ranging from quaint and elegant century old houses to solid stone buildings. The Japanese style courtyard with a wooden structure has been in use for nearly two years, just like our name Xiao Xi. We do not seek grandeur, but only hope to refresh our hearts and minds, Not in a hurry to achieve, but in a meticulous manner; The attitude of being meticulous, slow, and clumsy in life is temporarily called little joy.
