有个iPad不开机拿到售后检测一下。确实是有硬件问题。售后前台客服说还在保修，可以返厂维修。

大概有一周时间，返厂更换了一个全新的iPad.返厂时间很快，原本以为过完年才能回来。结果一周左右就到了。更换了一个全新的，不错的一次服务。前台客服人员的态度也挺好，挺热情.
