My visit was a complete contrast in service. The fitting room attendant was so kind and genuinely helpful. On the other hand, a staff member in the women's clothing department was dismissive and unprofessional; she couldn't answer any of my questions. While the good service was a delight, the bad attitude is enough to discourage me from returning.
