首先前台对于ota的相关要熟悉，不能等客人到了才知道自己要干啥，早餐券也忘记给，客房方面订的麻将房有明显烟味也要开窗通风，再不济也得喷下空气清新剂，其他的没什么了，就电视会员有点闹心，有问题整改就行了。
