整栋楼有好多公寓式酒店，我们4个人来东北旅游随便定的，2个房间，设施有点旧，房间只有一个空调，没有地暖，我感觉也没有暖气，稍微有点冷。
房间还比较大，周围小店蛮多的，有很多吃的，还不错吧，毕竟便宜。
位置就在欧亚长新购物中心对面的伊林公寓里，长新东路这，11楼还是12楼了的，很好找，进去了会看见一个前台，很负责，会让你出示身份证吉祥码什么的，屋里面很整洁，收拾的跟图片里一样，人也很好，如果有需要的话还可以延时退房
门口停车位不好找 其余还可以 设施也还行
