干净卫生，态度好

The location is excellent. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, malls, and cultural attractions. We were even able to walk to the room from the main train station The apartment itself was moderately clean--kind of run-down and could just a use a good overall deep cleaning but it was not terrible. If you stay here during the cooler seasons as we did--February, you will find the apartment to be quite cold. There is a small wall-mounted ACheat unit, but it was never able to make the apartment feel warm. This place would probably be fantastic in the summer. Also, keep in mind that electricity is not included, so you will be charged for any electricity you use. This will usually not be a bit deal, but if you stay in the colder months, you will want to run the heat, and that will add to your expenses. Oh, and if youre a foreigner who doesnt speak Chinese, staying here will be a bit more challenging, but the landlord was very helpful in trying to communicate. Overall, its a nice place to stay for the price, especially in the summer.
