体验感还是很不错的，入住的时候开了一间靠近北站的房间，声音有点吵，说了之后，帮我们换了一个房间，酒店的工作人员比较有亲和力，有事小前台时处理比较及时，机器人会把东西送到房间，太棒了阿姨每天房间打扫的比较干净，早餐种类比较丰富的，下次来苏州，还来这个酒店，哈哈哈。
More小曼服务态度很好，酒店很不错，酒店很大，房间也很大，周围环境很不错，交通方便。服务很贴心，很有礼貌。虽说是在高铁旁边，但双层玻璃隔音很好，基本听不到火车噪音。
