从杭州临平万丽酒店·万丽轩中餐厅的门口开始，温暖的迎接就让我对午餐充满期待，而优雅的用餐环境更是提高了我对这顿美食的期望。每道菜的上菜时间掌握得恰到好处，让人既不觉得匆忙，又有足够的时间去细细品味。 黑松露卤蛋作为开胃菜是一种惊喜，今天还配有中式小点心。桂花熏鲈鱼的酥脆外皮与嫩滑多汁的鱼肉形成了完美的对比，每一口都令人愉悦。珊汁芝麻虾球搭配甜味芥末酱，每一口都有一丝微妙的刺激，而鲜甜的橙轮则是很好的清口配菜，非常享受。湘味笋干小炒肉美味多汁，甜味的猪肉非常入味。芦笋河虾饺颜色诱人，馅料丰富。我们最后以炒饭作为结尾，每一粒米饭都分开清晰，特别加入了豌豆和虾仁的要求，与菜单上略有不同，却完美地为这顿美餐画上了句号，让我们能愉快地与朋友聊聊天。 总体来说，这顿午餐在优雅的环境、精致的菜肴和细致的服务下，成为了一次难忘的用餐体验。 From the warm greeting at the front of Hangzhou Linping Renaissance Hotel’s Wanli Chinese Restaurant, my anticipation for lunch grew, and the elegant setting further elevated my expectations for an exquisite meal. Each dish arrived with perfect timing, allowing enough time to savor and enjoy without feeling rushed. The black truffle marinated eggs were a surprising starter, followed by Chinese petite fours. The 桂花熏鲈鱼 (osmanthus-smoked bass) had a crispy skin that belied the juicy, tender fish beneath, making each bite delightful. The sweet wasabi dressing on the 珊汁芝麻虾球 (shrimp with sesame and sweet wasabi dressing) added a nice little kick to each bite, while the juicy orange wheel served as a great palate cleanser—very enjoyable. The 湘味笋干小炒肉 (Hunan-style stir-fried pork with dried bamboo shoots) featured beautifully sweet and flavorful pork. The 芦笋河虾饺 (asparagus and river shrimp dumplings) were fun in color and generously filled. We concluded with fried rice, each grain separate, with a special request for baby peas and shrimp—slightly different from the menu, but it worked well to round out the meal and catch up with a good friend. Overall, the lunch provided a memorable experience with its elegant setting, exquisite dishes, and attentive service.

用餐体验很好，菜品也很新颖，品尝到了很多之前没有吃过的菜品，碳烤牛肋皇这道菜肉质很嫩，很喜欢，下次还会来。

来杭州，住在临平万丽酒店，大热天实在不想出去，就在酒店二楼中餐厅万丽轩吃了个午饭！ 说实话，一个人吃饭也很难，特别是高大上餐厅，点的多了吃不完，吃小吃真的不如去外面！ 环境非常好，二楼散座，应该还有包间，整体高大上！ 服务员很热情，也很细心，仔细的推荐，详细的询问，非常贴心！ 「蒜香油渣碎炒油菜心」绿菜，量不是很大，但是看着很精致，味道还不错，油渣碎的香味，菜的脆爽，红辣椒🌶的点缀，色香味俱佳！ 「片儿川（汆）」好多美食节目都是片儿川，这家餐厅菜单上是片儿汆，片儿川和片儿汆不知道是不是一回事儿，美食节目看着杭州片儿川做起来很讲究的，所以尝尝味道，味道还不错，就是感觉有点偏咸，也许就是这种味道吧！ 「虾饺」翠绿翠绿的，颜色就非常好看，简直不忍心下口，吃起来软软糯糯的，里面的馅料非常爆满，做工精细，口感不错，值得推荐！ 出门在外，吃、住、行，吃是第一位的，只有吃好，才能有精力玩好，才能开心快乐！
