收银员态度恶劣，差评！今天去店里买菜付款的时候问积分的问题就不耐烦解答。商品买完还没出店不想要了问能否退货，收银员直接拒绝退货，不让退就算了，还骂人脑子有病！从来没有遇到这种低素质的收银员！这种人就不适合干服务行业！
有问题不处理，沟通也不好好说话，服务员工作烦躁把情绪带给顾客
