每个菜的份量都很大,以至于根本吃不完,鱼头汤和心目中不太一样,平时的都是鱼头很大,带一点点身子,这个基本就是一条鱼,头不是很大,炒饭粒粒分明,粉丝很有嚼劲,银鱼炖蛋很鲜美,人多可以去包厢,小桌大概有4.5桌,味道很好
民宿老板推荐过来的,周边确实没啥好的选择。 想吃点土菜野菜,这个地衣炒蛋浪费了,不好吃。咸菜炒竹笋还是蛮好吃的,鲜美。
宜兴农家菜 一口山野鲜,满桌乡愁味! 这次打卡的宜兴农家菜,彻底被山野的馈赠送上了味觉巅峰!首推咸肉煨笋,腊月腌制的咸肉自带烟熏香气,搭配春日破土的毛竹笋,砂锅慢煨后,咸鲜交融,笋肉脆嫩吸汁,连汤底都鲜到舔碗底。杂鱼锅也毫不逊色,现捞的溪流小鱼与河虾同煮,汤色乳白如奶,撒一把葱花,鲜甜直冲鼻腔,仿佛把整条山溪的灵气都炖进了锅里。 配菜更是惊喜连连!凉拌马兰头清新解腻,掐嫩的野菜拌上香干碎,淋一勺自家酿的米醋,带着山间雨露的清爽,瞬间唤醒味蕾。卤牛肉更是下酒神器,牛腱子用山泉、黄酒和秘制香料卤足时辰,肉质紧实不柴,咬下去肉香四溢,连骨头缝都渗着卤汁的醇厚。 整餐吃下来,仿佛置身竹海深处,食材是山野的馈赠,做法是祖辈的传承。人均不过百,却能吃出“舌尖上的乡愁”,宜兴人懂吃更懂情,值得再来!
