面皮有筋性，牛筋面和面皮两掺推荐一下调的汤不腻但有滋味，是可以喝汤的凉皮
干拌，多麻酱。最喜欢筋筋面和担担面
他家凉皮开了好多年了，之前是小窗口卖，最近几年是店面了，环境改善了不少。他家味道不错，就是量有点少，一份完全吃不饱。
