感觉味道还不错,买了个后腿肉,香喷喷的,配上梅子酱,感觉很可以,我们全吃光了,鹅肉烤的很焦酥!很好吃,很普通的一家店但是把鹅肉做的这么好吃,劳动节感谢这群热爱美食的朋友们哈哈哈哈给来自远方的吃货一丝丝安慰哦!
—🌿 🥑 🍒 🌸 🌿— 以前经常光顾,好久没来了,最近又来吃这家烧腊快餐,换了烧腊师傅,好难吃,又柴又硬,怎么做到烧鹅、烧腊、五花肉一样都那么硬的。
其实猪肉脯并非潮汕一家独有,像靖江、上海、澳门的猪肉脯也很出名,但潮汕猪肉脯却凭借独特的工艺,做出了独有的风味。肉质香韧而不硬,撕开时纹理清晰丝丝分明,咀嚼间肉香在唇舌渐渐充盈。烤炙过的焦香味道非常浓郁,越嚼越香,满嘴都是香喷喷的肉味,完全停不下来。到现在这么多年, 我年年都要托潮州当地的朋友给我寄猪肉脯。肉脯的出现本与美味无关,以前的人们只是想尽可能地延长肉类的保存时间,便将猎狩到的野兽去骨切条,表面涂盐,静置风干以防变质,后来就演变成肉脯了。所谓“无心插柳柳成荫”,原本简单的初衷却成就了新的美食。心灵手巧的潮汕人将这种传统与当地饮食文化融会贯通,制作出了独一无二的潮汕猪肉脯。
