国庆来杭州玩两天,住在武林广场附近正好看到有荣小馆,本来以为节日里在如此顶流的商圈会排队很久,惊喜的是11点半到等了20分钟就排到了。 今天的菜品除了老几样必点的菜以外,「黑松露鹅肝包」第一次吃真的很惊艳,外壳酥脆内馅味道很浓郁。「沙蒜烧豆面」「蜜汁红薯」「原味仔排」也都是老朋友了,出品依旧非常稳定。 总体这次吃下来反而觉得荣小馆现在性价比很高,甚至比西贝便宜

早就听说这家店是台州菜某记的“宝藏平替”,小姐妹请吃饭,这一桌菜被她安排的明明白白,一桌子菜吃下来,完全没踩雷,每道都戳中味蕾! 「沙蒜烧豆面」沙蒜新鲜,咬下去带着脆感,再合着甜鲜酱汁的豆面吃下去,很满足,小朋友特别爱吃。 「家烧深海大黄鱼」鱼肉鲜嫩鲜嫩,完全没有腥味,厚切年糕蘸着鲜香鱼汤,好吃的! 「家烧笋衣」笋衣薄而嫩,就着汤汁嚼起来,上桌没一会儿就被我夹了大半。 「牡蛎炒蛋」牡蛎的鲜加入鸡蛋翻炒后的香,回味无穷 「拌莴笋」脆生生的莴笋淋上清爽料汁,很解腻 「肥肠」大肠处理得干干净净,一点腥味都没有。和大蒜一起爆炒后,油脂香被激发的恰到好处,大肠的口感比小肠更厚实,咀嚼时更香,配着米饭能多吃半碗! 想吃台州菜又想性价比拉满的话,推荐!
