On the second floor of the ZEN Hotel, this is one of those 'coffee/tea' 'houses' where people lounge around, or work, play mahjong etc at tables for 4-6 people. Several private rooms with separate bathrooms were at the very back. Coffee (latte) was reasonable except for the price at 48RMB ~ perhaps a fair price for 'hanging out' all afternoon using their A/C, electricity, wifi and so-on BUT not for. just having a coffee. Smokey, filled with a wide range of people (from business men, middle aged gamblers, shirtless laborers and sleepers...) Not really a great environment for a casual coffee...
