2018年7月开业的宋·川菜由川菜大师卢朝华担任行政总厨顾问,入室弟子曾怀君女士担任店面行政总厨。餐厅的一切都是围绕着传统和创新两个词做平衡,用当代的手法去演绎现代中餐的体验和传统川菜的承传、革新。 餐厅于开业次年成为米其林指南内地首家摘星的川菜餐厅并蝉联6年至今。之后陆续斩获黑珍珠一钻餐厅、大众点评必吃榜等主流餐饮奖项,成为名副其实的“大满贯选手”,获得国内外的重要奖项合计超过70多项。 沉淀八年之后,卢朝华大师携手另一位入室弟子——李兵,以及一众资深川菜厨师进驻成都太古里新店,再次追寻九十年代本源川菜的印记。
