酒店房间整洁，洗浴用品非常好用。前台戴眼镜的小姐姐还免费升级房间，服务态度非常好，满分点评。
酒店名字称为丽枫花地湾地铁站酒店，但其位置距离该地铁站口得走近20分钟，打车出行到荔湾区和市内其它游览点都必须通过拥堵的过江隧道，费时费钱。酒店设施比较老旧了，但配置了冰箱和空气净化器，房间的椅子靠背也坏了。早餐简单点。服务人员服务意识强且礼貌热情，值得表扬。
