Althouth I had my first taste of % in shanghai，and i often enjoy it ，but i always wanted to have it in HK，after all，% originated from here。so，this time，I passed by many coffee shops in HK，and i did‘t have it，They daily cup of latte must be reserved for %，i did't choose the Kyoto latte i often had it in shanghai，but went for a regular latte instead。It seemed to be made from a light-roast blend。The acidity was immediately perceptible upon sipping。The hot latte wasn't scalding，and the lactose sweetness of the milk wasn't brought out，allowing the coffee's acidity and subsequent bitterness to be more pronounced。there was no astringency at the end，quit nice indeed。
