房间比想象的大，算近期预定房间内算上乘的酒店。干湿分离很彻底，设施设备齐全，音响氛围恰到好处，居住体验感不错，下次出差可以继续考虑

Loft房型家庭房太赞了，酒店很有设计感，有个浴缸提供泡澡袋和泡泡浴液，很棒！地理位置也很好，出门有公交站，走三分钟是地铁站，下次还会住

非常好的入住体验！酒店设施齐全，有机器人服务，前台工作人服务态度也很好，热情礼貌。对于我们来说非常加分的一点就是，11月的杭州，大部分酒店都开了关不掉的中央暖气，有时候外面二十几度，但是大部分酒店的房间是27、8度，极度闷热，对于怕热的人来说简直是噩梦-在做了很多调查之后，我们选择了忆泊酒店，不得不说简直太棒了，忆泊酒店是我们在住了这么多酒店中，唯一一个自己可以控制开关房间暖气的， 而且怕热的人也可以打开房间的换气系统，一点也不闷，房间感觉很清新。 小阳台也很棒，酒店还设有洗衣房，非常方便！ 地理位置也不错，走路去西湖大概18分钟，下次来杭州还会再定忆泊。 An excellent stay The hotel is fully equipped with great facilities, including robot service, and the front desk staff are friendly, polite, and speak English One major plus for us was the ability to control the heating. In Hangzhou during November, most hotels have central heating that cant be turned off, making rooms stuffy and uncomfortably warmup to 27-28°C inside, even when its around 22°C outside. For those sensitive to heat, this can be challenging. After some research, we chose the Ebo Hotel, and it was fantastic Ebo is the only hotel weve stayed at that allows guests to control the heating in their own rooms. Additionally, theres an air circulation system, so the room stays fresh and doesnt feel stuffy. The balcony is lovely, and the hotel also has a laundry room, which is very convenient. The hotels location is quite good too, it takes around 18 mins by walk to West Lake. Well definitely choose Ebo again the next time were in Hangzhou
