店家大姐很热情健谈，让人舒服的那种。免费给升级了大床房。厕所干净，热水方便，特别是淋浴的水压够强，好评。建议最好自带洗漱用品。
More为了考研，也只能忍忍了，虽然离着考点比较近走路15分钟到。但这里屋内的环境真的不是很好，希望老板把房子再精装修下，门框的木头都腐了，可能房子比较老吧，应该是村里的集体用地，大概率未来50年内会拆迁。老板人倒是挺好，这个得给满分，就是这屋子。。。。周边卖炒菜的太少了，考个研，不能天天光吃水饺混沌啥的呀，哎。
More唯二优点离海大近，送孩子上学方便。另外老板娘人不错。但是房子就是普通民房把房子隔出来的。设施很破旧了，住的那家，窗户就是隔壁房，一点隐私都没有。离地铁站很远。
