管家服务非常贴心周到，房间设施齐全，环境干净卫生，还赠送了小吃和礼物，可玩的项目超级丰富两天都玩不完，吃的喝的全包品质非常好，适合家庭出行，下次还会再来！
春节假期期间没有出京，就定了个小朋友喜欢的温泉酒店，人没有想象中那么多。看得出酒店设施已经老旧了，特别是房间。但是很努力的在提升自己的服务以及可以提升的一切方面。孩子住的很开心的两天，温泉和外面的汤泉大差不差，该有的设施也都有，泳池部分不算很挤，想真正游一下也没有问题，餐厅算是中规中矩，二楼的魔力空间里面的躺平区真的很空荡，去随便躺躺很踏实。虽然春节期间价格的确不便宜，但是如果平时价格低的话也是可以再来的。
春节带父母、孩子去北京，原准备当天在酒店泡温泉，第2天第3天去爬长城参观故宫。入住酒店后，发现酒店适合孩子玩儿的地方很多，活动内容很丰富，温泉游泳池水质好，干净卫生。酒店工作人员服务态度好，环境卫生，房间安静舒适，自助餐丰盛美味。哈根达斯饮料不限时不限量，免费供应。全家人整体都很满意。后来临时改变行程，哪儿都没去，三天都待在酒店里玩儿了。
