More我住在8620房间，定错房型了，前台给我打电话补差价我也补了，我朋友的房是免升的我的是收费的，这也就算了，给我打电话短信线上支付了，跟他们前台人员说了我有衣服在洗衣房麻烦帮我弄一下，我回来衣服还在那里，也没洗也是无语了，这几次来无锡全部住的他们家，这次彻底搞无语了
