小区的交通还算是便利的，清树湾站离得挺近的，差不多一公里吧。蠡墅站也差不多距离。就是小区东门和南门，进出有点拥挤，西门只能行人电瓶车。 周边配套还行，有学校，商场，西苑医院开业后，医疗也好点了。 小区房龄挺老的了，地库和部分楼层有漏水的情况。 小区楼层都不高，也没那么拥挤了。
