杭城有名的面馆翠苑地区也开到家门口了、中午时间段太火了。选了经典的片儿川、食材为新鲜的冬笋、蘑菇🍄🟫、雪菜、汤底鲜美、腰花拌川也有一番滋味、厨师腰花处理的不错、无膻味、火候掌握正好、裏着硬硬的面条、正是我喜欢的味道👅
这家吃了几次，味道平均都好的，推荐肉丝拌川、猪肝拌川、片儿川、酸菜肉丝、番茄蛋饭。
虽然不太爱吃汤面，但酸菜鱼面真的非常好吃。汤底很清爽，鱼片很嫩。
