仨朋两友聚在一起，边吃边聊，吹着空调吃着铁锅炖，实实在在的。
谁说夏天就不能吃铁锅炖了，那得看吃什么，吃鱼就是个非常不错的选择，经济实惠，而且满满的蛋白质也吃不胖，好极了。
