铁蛋刀削面在西安已经开了几十年了，号称两代人一碗面，每年卖出 2000 万碗，足见影响力有多么大。
今天尝试了一下，确实还不错，面十分劲道，味道不错，分量适合我的饭量，刚刚好。刀削面臊子的种类很多，这次我点的是干拌，下次尝尝炸酱的。
吃了好多次的刀削面了，味道不错，老板态度也很好
南窑头西区超市后面那一排，推荐鸡汤面，很香
