This apartment block is being developed by Huarong real estate development company which is a subsidiary of the largest AMC in China. The apartment is almost perfect and the service there is so good, it is a pity that I don't have the qualification to buy one apartment.

华融现代城交通还是非常便利的，紧挨高铁然后还有新城的主干道，绿化环境也可以，要说不足唯一的一点就是噪音有点大吧，毕竟离高铁太近。

华融现代城位于东站南侧，小区环境不错，地基比周边高一些，当然价格也偏贵。 楼盘户型有基础小两居三居，也有豪华户型，一层带下沉花园，可以有自己设置的娱乐间。 据销售说，小区北侧他们还准备建设配套商业区，目前还没开始建设。
