卤味起家 匠心立业 80年代初,千潮宴创始人陈植波先生家族在牌坊街义井附近,设摊经营鹅肉卤味。凭借卤香入味与童叟无欺的经营特点,小本生意风生水起,口碑相传。 2014年,千潮宴正式开张营业。千潮宴虽为潮菜餐厅后起之秀,但陈植波先生传承古法而不泥古,不断改良菜肴风味。初心恒持 别开生面一句“传承潮州味,请客好地方”,是千潮宴最为淳朴的经营宗旨。 2023年8月,潮味再传承。千潮荟,正式落地潮汕公路乌洋路段。千潮荟以潮州精细菜为特色,倡导传统潮味烹饪工艺的创新与传承,为客人呈现地道而精致的潮汕美食及时尚的聚会场地。
