房间够大，是日租房，距离大海很近，出东门五六分钟，全程没见到房主第一次。屋子里有许多别人的生活用品，个别衣橱还上了锁，还有大量私人衣物、生活用品存在。楼层很高，是居民楼。优点就是距离海边近、饭店近、市场近。
