体验感非常好，房主孙叔很热情，主动到火车站接我们，帮忙拉行李箱，热情介绍周边。入住期间夜间胃部不适，幸好有孙叔提供的暖胃药才得以缓解。退房前孙叔还赠送了小礼品。观海家庭旅馆设施齐全，有很多家庭日用品，小院安静比邻胶澳总督府旧址和圣弥厄尔教堂，吃住行都很方便。真是给了我与酒店不一样的体验。
More房间挺大的，能满足基本住宿需求卫生也很干净，周围基本没啥噪音，有独立的小院子，附近景点也挺多，离地铁站也不远，房东人也挺好，
More孙叔家房子特别有老青岛建筑的风格，人也特别热情，住的是独立的一间房，打扫得干干净净，一尘不染，出门路线不懂的都可以问他，去每一个景点都非常近，溜达溜达就到了，想感受老青岛民居文化的，可以尝试一下，两个人的话，非常建议入住的，一家三口，大一点的孩子可能就睡不下了
