这家店的性价比真的很不错,菜品份量很大,味道也非常正宗,我超喜欢的,这家店要早点来来晚了要排队的,好多人推荐这家的,我也是来过好几次的,鱼香肉丝和辣子鸡都是我的最爱,每次必点,而且超级下饭的。不错推荐

上榜了必吃榜的店人气实在是爆棚,11点就开始排队了,鲁磨路上停车稍有不便,路边有空就停无抄牌风险,店内有等候区给个赞👍🏻 作为川菜标配,这里的鱼香肉🥩丝完全不踩雷。调味精准得刚好,酸甜口温和不冲,没有过重的刺激性味道。肉丝切得细长,口感嫩滑,裹着浓郁酱汁,据说这道菜是“加葱不加笋”的本地适配,葱香与酸甜味碰撞,实在开胃,38元一份的分量扎实,性价比肉眼可见。[比心] 干煸藕丝:藕丝选得格外粗壮,打破了“细藕丝才酥脆”的固有印象。经大火🔥外皮炸得金黄酥脆,咬下去能听到轻微的“咔嚓”声,内里却依旧保留着鲜藕的清甜脆嫩,口感层次格外丰富。干煸的火候把控得极好,既锁住了藕的水分,又融入了淡淡的油香,不油腻不寡淡,一吃一个不吱一声[色] 凉拌红薯叶:嫩绿的薯叶尖🥬经沸水焯烫后,淋上热油激香的花椒、干辣椒,再拌入生抽、蒜香等调味,外观鲜亮诱人 。入口滑爽脆嫩,清香味十足,唯一缺点就是咸了点![弱] 这家店的魅力从不是精致摆盘,而是“好吃、量大”的实在劲儿。三道菜各有特色,鱼香肉丝的酸甜、干煸藕丝的酥脆、凉拌红薯叶的清爽,搭配出最地道的川味烟火气,人均50就能吃到满足,难怪老客愿意提前排队等候。
