位于古林文体中心内，有两层楼，不过藏书比较旧了，适合休闲消遣，多数是自己办公的人。 夏令时晚上九点关门，冬令时八点半关门，不过工作人员会提前十分钟关门。周末小孩子比较多，周中坐一坐蛮好的，外面有稻田。 隔壁还有打羽毛球和乒乓球的场地，十块一位。
