李记烧饼的卤煮被种草了很久,今天有机会个朋友去品尝一下。卤煮的小份是30元,有一个火烧,很入味;可以不要肺头,用豆干替代;大肠看着挺多,但一吃起来就觉得少了,可以另外添钱加肠;烧饼外酥内软,肉也实在,味道可圈可点,值得尝试。
出差经过昌平的美食街,必须打卡一个!项目还是咱最擅长的烧饼羊汤吧! [米饭]口味:这家招牌菜是卤煮+烧饼夹肉,羊汤也是不错的选择,羊杂汤干货很足,内容以羊肺居多,第一碗味道很厚,添了第二碗之后就寡淡了,喝得不是很尽兴!麻酱烧饼10分只能打6分,刚刚及格吧,不够香。 [糖果]性价比:较高!
[薄荷]环境: 好老的一家老店,环境还是很干净的,没有那种老店的油腻感。旁边开着同品类的网红店还能很坚挺非常难得,确实有点东西。 「卤煮火烧」最大的亮点是对最难处理的肺头的处理,干干净净没有丝毫腥气,只余下独特的、略带蜂窝状的弹嫩口感,在浓郁的老汤里饱吸汁水,嚼起来满是咸香。大肠给的量很多,肥糯完美;火烧透而不烂,整碗汤底醇厚咸鲜,香料味平衡得当。 「烧饼夹红烧肉」现烙的芝麻烧饼酥脆掉渣,层层分明,内里却柔软。夹在其中的红烧肉选料精良,肥瘦相间,炖得极其软烂入味。浓郁的酱汁浸润了烧饼的内层,咸中带甜的肉香、面香、芝麻香交融,油润却不腻口,实在过瘾。
