The Shunjin Hostel is one of the newest hotels in Shenzhen, having been renovated in 2023. With Futian Railway Station just 10km away and Shenzhen Baoan International Airport only 23km away, transportation is very convenient. 优点：前台服务热情： 办理入住时王姓前台，态度很好，特别加分。卫生间实用： 干湿分离做得好，洗澡和洗漱互不干扰。缺点：客房清洁服务缺失： 连续入住四天，没有任何保洁主动提供打扫、更换毛巾或补充备品。最尴尬的是，因无人清理，我们最终不得不自己打包房间垃圾，倒到门口公用的黑色大垃圾袋里。作为一家民宿，基本的续住清洁服务是缺失的。赔偿价格不透明： 遗失房卡被索赔50元成本价，感觉偏高且未提前明示，容易引起争议。总结：硬件基础尚可，但核心的客房服务如清洁和沟通方式如赔偿标准存在明显短板，极大影响了入住体验。正因为如此，我们中途便换到了斜对面的如家。相同价位，连锁酒店在服务的规范性和可靠性上优势明显。
